Joe Barton [R, TX-6], the Ranking Republican on the House Energy and Commerce Committee, is facing heat over his remarks to BP CEO Tony Hayward that the $20 billion escrow fund requested by President Obama is a "a "$20 billion shakedown." Barton also offered Hayward an apology.
